Happy "Bee" Day

Hope everyone is having a great week!  Have a quick card to share before I get back to company!...
I think this card would fit anyone's birthday, but what's so fun is that my son's best friend just became a bee keeper...so this card will be for his birthday!!
Used one of the new sets from Simon Says Stamp Friendship Circles...a combination stamp/die set (they come separately, as well).  Die cut the circles and then used Hero Arts Butter bar to stamp the honeycombs on the circles.  Stamped the bees, then colored with markers, then cut them out.  Used glossy accents on the bee's bodies and a sparkly clear gel pen on their wings.
**Here' a tip.  I went to layer the panel on the card, but didn't want to put it on a white card.  I had no yellow paper that matched, so took the Butter Bar ink pad and swiped it around the outer parts of the card...VOILA...it matches the honeycombs!!
Thanks for visiting me today!! Hugs!! Lisa
